Northern Outfitters® will repair or replace any of its products which are defective because of faulty materials or workmanship within six months of the date of purchase.
Thirty-day Fit and Sizing Policy
We will gladly exchange or refund any product that does not fit the wearer, as long as the product is returned within thirty days of the original ship date. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Northern Outfitters® will NOT accept any discontinued items, or items that have been worn and/or soiled. Items not returned within the 30-day period may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any item not accepted by Northern Outfitters® will be returned to the customer, at the customer’s expense. This information is provided without written, expressed or implied guarantees as to specific performance or safety. Northern Outfitters® and its staff have used, and will continue to use, their best efforts to educate the user in the proper application, care and safety of its products and technology.
