RETURN  &  EXCHANGE  POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our top priority.  Northern Outfitters™ has a Thirty-Day Sizing & Fit Policy.  Upon receipt of your order, it is very important to immediately try on all items to check for proper fit.  If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-944-9276 within 30-days of receipt of your purchase to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).  The Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Northern Outfitters™ will gladly exchange or refund any products, so long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition.  All returned items are inspected upon receipt.  If any item is found to be used, dirty, or in damaged condition, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.   Items that are not returned within the 30-day policy period may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

LIMITED  WARRANTY
Northern Outfitters™ stands behind the quality of its products and provides a Six-Month Limited Warranty from the date of purchase on our products, except for the  Arctic Boots and Mountain Pack Boots which have a 1-Year Limited Warranty.  If the product is found to be covered under the Limited Warranty, Northern Outfitters will gladly replace or repair the product.  This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that may occur under normal wear.  Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or natural breakdown of materials over time, or problems that may be expected with normal wear or failure to follow care instructions are not covered by this Limited Warranty.  The Limited Warranty does not guarantee or imply an expectation of service life, simply meaning that the products are not guaranteed for a specific amount of time.   Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-944-9276 and they will be glad to assist you with a warranty claim.


DISCLAIMER – ARCTIC BOOTS
There is no practical way to guarantee the exact life of this product, as storage conditions from individual to individual vary dramatically.  The Arctic Boots are a highly complex product with a specialized chemical compound incorporated into the sole.  That compound is subject to a natural breakdown after approximately 10+ years from manufacture.  Heat or storage in a warm location (attic, garage, near furnace, etc.) for prolonged periods of time accelerates the breakdown of the chemical process.    Quality and Workmanship on the Arctic Boots is 100% guaranteed for 1-Year from date of purchase.  Please click on RETURNS on our home page and refer to the LIMITED WARRANTY section for additional information about workmanship coverage.
