THIRTY-DAY FIT AND SIZING POLICY - Upon receipt of your order, it is important to try on all items to check for proper fit. Northern Outfitters® will gladly exchange or refund any product that does not fit, as long as the product is returned within thirty (30) days of the original ship date. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Northern Outfitters® will NOT accept any items that have been worn and/or soiled. Any item not accepted by Northern Outfitters® will be returned back to the customer at customer’s expense. Items not returned within the 30-day period may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. In order to expedite a return, call Customer Service at 1-800-944-9276 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).

SIX-MONTH WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY - Northern Outfitters® stands behind the quality of its products and will repair or replace any of its products which are defective because of faulty materials or workmanship within six (6) months of the date of purchase.
