IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
We are experiencing a software problem that is affecting some of our international customers when an attempt is made to place an order on our website. It is occurring in the address section where a customer who does not have Province/State information to enter and the Customer is receiving a message of an invalid/undeliverable address and they cannot continue with the ordering process. We know for sure this problem has affected Customers in Australia, United Kingdom, Norway and Sweden.
When an order is placed and an error message appears, please contact us at customerservice@northernoutfitters.com. We will email you with the information you will need to provide to us to process your order.
